Information Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
At Pillowen, we attach great importance to the processing and safeguarding of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law"). We would like to inform our customers about the purposes and methods by which we collect, process, and transfer personal data, as well as your rights arising from the Law.
Methods of Collecting Personal Data
As Pillowen, acting as the data controller, and within the framework of our legal obligations arising from applicable legislation, we collect your personal data through verbal, written, or electronic means — including our website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels — for purposes such as enabling you to benefit from our services, informing you about our campaigns with your consent, recording your suggestions and complaints, establishing better service standards, and determining and implementing Pillowen's commercial and business strategies.
Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
As Pillowen, acting as the data controller, your personal data and/or special categories of personal data obtained with your consent through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels, and/or any other channels may be fully or partially obtained, recorded, stored, archived, modified, updated, periodically reviewed, reorganized, classified, retained for the period required for the purpose for which they were processed or as stipulated by relevant legislation, and may be shared with or transferred to private or legal entities with whom Pillowen collaborates, public institutions and organizations to which Pillowen is legally obliged, and/or relevant third parties residing in Turkey or abroad, and may be transferred abroad where legal or service-related requirements arise.
We hereby inform you that your personal data may be processed for purposes such as enabling Pillowen customers to benefit from our services, informing you about our campaigns with your consent, recording your suggestions and complaints, establishing better service standards, and determining and implementing Pillowen's commercial and business strategies — in all cases in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related legislation.
Transfer of Personal Data
Pillowen may share your personal data solely based on your explicit consent or within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles set forth in the Law, provided that adequate measures are taken, both domestically and abroad where necessary security measures are in place — with our group companies, business partners, customers and suppliers with whom we have agreements in connection with our activities, auditing firms, or public institutions and organizations legally authorized to request such data, as well as other relevant authorities, for purposes including conducting company operations, establishing business relationships with data subjects and customers, conducting meetings for such purposes, offering services, opportunities and possibilities, and improving service quality.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the Law
Pillowen will respond to the following requests from relevant individuals:
a) Learning whether Pillowen processes personal data concerning them and which personal data is being processed,
b) Obtaining information about the purposes of the processing activities,
c) Learning the third parties to whom Pillowen transfers personal data, domestically or abroad,
d) Requesting the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
f) In the event of a request for correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data, requesting that the operations carried out be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the individual by means of analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
h) Obtaining a copy of their personal data.

Pillowen Online Shop requests certain personal information from its customers (such as name, age, areas of interest, email address, etc.) in order to provide better service. The information collected on Pillowen Online Shop's servers is used exclusively within Pillowen Online Shop for periodic campaign activities, the creation of customized promotional activities for customer profiles, and customer "segmentation" efforts to prevent unwanted emails.
